I really enjoy winding down from a hard day out on the job site by cranking up the volume on my bass guitar. The reverberations relax me. I am interested in music and, while my prime genre is alternative and rock, I do my best to gain exposure to everything from rap- to country- to classical- to jazz. I have been involved in theatre for many years and enjoy getting to see shows whenever I can. I love live music in dive bars. Why would you go clubbing all the time when you can hang out in a chilled environment that allows you to acctually converse with people while soaking up a live background? I like to write and do my best to compose in my spare time; mostly lyrical poetry and such for song lyrics. I love going to the movies and try to keep up with new releases. Work hard- play hard.
I am an extremely colorful and extroverted person with little shame. I like loud and spontanious people. I do not judge or discriminate and do my best to mesh with all kinds of folk. I'd like to meet someone who isn't afraid to be themself around me. I like feeling good about myself- so sad and unhappy people need not feel obligated to contact me with their problems for I have my own. Life isn't about the bad things that happen to you along the way. Your character is defined by how you deal with those problems.

Bass- bass- bass... Love listening to jazz bass lines. A good walk takes me for a wild ride. I like heavy alternative styling such as primus and metallica, but also occasionally enjoy lighter, more relaxed tones with some Norah Jones or John Mayer. I would say that I have a broad and eclectic musical taste that applies to all forms of expression. It is easier to describe what I don't like than what I really enjoy. I don't really connect with harder rap or slow country. It takes a certain mood to appreciate techno and I don't get a chance to listen to much new wave. Aside from that, with a few exceptions, I pretty much run the gamut.
Adult Swim is awesome. I love Family Guy and Futurama. I am an old school Simpsons fan. Witty cartoons are most excellent. American Dad is alright and , like the Boondocks and Aquateen, I find that it's hit or miss. I just recently got into Heroes and the Office (American version).
