The Monarchs At the Back door Aug 25th!

The humble beginings Well it all started back in 02 when we were just small 7th graders. Cowan, being the incredible bassist that he is, asked steve, the indie rock guitarist, if he wanted to start a band. So the saga began. Two obscenely unproductive years later they found micheal, the other crazy virtuoso guitarist, and asked him if he would join there eskapades (sp?); he agreed. They slowly started learning covers and eventually became good enough to tell people that they were in a band. So a year later they came to Brandon with an offer he could'nt refuse, be in the band or we encase his house in jello and he has to eat it all! He of coarse agreed eat all the jello.....and then joined the band. About a half a year later they had there first gathering of people to play in front of (i wouldnt call it a show for they only had 3 songs) and we now have many more songs and are touring all over exeter's ska/punk scene.......
