Born into a musical family, engineer/producer Moonsatellite has been immersed in music his whole life, from the beat of his mother's heart in the womb to the futuristic tools he employs on a daily basis. After countless years of lab work, the Moonsatellite sound is being unleashed on the industry and the world at large.
As an engineer, he has studied under professionals who have worked with Bernard Purdie, Whitney Houston, De La Soul, Lauryn Hill, Aerosmith and John Lennon, to name a few.
As a producer, he's supplied beats for the likes of LA hip-hoppers BLX (Omni, Malkovich Music), South Bend IN/ATL mc Jae Ellis (affiliate of Freeway), LA/ATL indie hip-hop crew The VJC and ATL hip-hop luminaries Prophetix.
In his stint as a recording artist, he's rocked stages with GZA/Genius (Wu-Tang Clan), Fatlip (Pharcyde), MF DOOM (his 1st ATL show EVER), the late, great phenom Camu Tao, Myka 9 & P.E.A.C.E. (Freestyle Fellowship), and Immortal Technique.
