QTMC concerts consist of a high-intensity, dancing, crowd participating, very visual, average 1-hour performance focused on making positive choices instead of destructive decisions, ensuring that your event is an overwhelming success. Their exclusive format includes positive songs from their self-produced CDs entitled “Positive Influences”, “Mission Possible”, and “Change The World”.QTMC has performed for over 1 million students at more than 1,000 events, so they are highly recommended for many schools, conferences, churches, and television events because their concert performances are family-oriented and dedicated toward positive messages for youth. THIS PROPOSAL WOULD ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES TO: - Build an increased awareness of the challenges facing youth, and aid in the prevention of destructive decisions by youth. - Produce a CD per specifications, which would showcase the your school district logo, to be possibly donated to students. - Offer an opportunity to demonstrate it’s continued involvement and commitment in a much-needed community service. CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT PROPOSAL:(NOTE : QTMC, Inc. is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charity. Sponsorship fees and other charitable donations are tax deductible.)- $ (included) (5) Your school district school concert performances. - $ (included) (6) QTMC Staff airplane flights, lodging, meals, vehicle rental. - $ (included) Music sound equipment and supplies. - $ (included) Music video production. - $ (included) Website link and updates. - $ (included) Press release. - $ (included) Direct mail expense to announce arrangement to schools.Call to discuss budget to cover items above. QTMC AGREES TO:- Collaborate with your school district as applicable to finalize performance arrangements, perform at each school, obtain confirmation from the school, then provide an invoice and confirmation for payment. - Acknowledge your school district as QTMC’s Corporate Sponsor, and endorsement of your fine school curriculum several times during each performance. - Prominently display your school district logo banner during concerts. - Wear your school district logo apparel/outfits if applicable. - Distribute your school district literature as provided if applicable. - Display special recognition of your school district on CDs/video, if applicable. - Provide our own music equipment and transportation to each school. BACKGROUND - QTMC:- Was formed 22 years ago in Pontiac Central High School’s SADD class. - Slogan is “SAY NO TO DRUGS EVENTS ANYWHERE, ANYTIME”. - Has developed a proven stage performance of “music with a message” which always leaves a very strong and resounding impression with all listeners, especially youth. - Is widely recognized as the “premier” anti-drugs/anti-violence advocate music group in all of Michigan. - Has high public awareness all over Michigan as a result of the high-demand for the type of service which we provide, always delivered in a quality manner, which generates many word-of-mouth recommendations. - Has strong loyalty with all youth, and a Fan Club has been developed. - Has been included in many videos and TV programs, notably the “Detroit All-Star Connection” 8-station simulcast. - Has self-produced and self-released 254,000 CDs/cassettes. Our CDs “The CURE”, and “Positive Influences” have been added to the National Clearinghouse for Alcohol/Drug Information (NCADI) in Rockville, Maryland, and we have received orders from several Police Departments and other drug abuse prevention agencies around the country. - Received the Lifetime Achievement Award Nov 5, 2000 from SADD-Michigan at the 15th annual conference of 1,000 students “for working with countless thousands of youth to reach their potential since 1987” at the 900 schools in Michigan affiliated with SADD-Michigan. - Has written and performs theme songs regarding several essential youth programs being taught in the nation’s schools: S.A.D.D. – Students Against Driving Drunk “Contract For Life” S.A.D.D. – Students Against Destructive Decisions “Letter of Commitment” S.T.A.N.D. – Students Taking A New Direction D.A.R.E. – Drug Abuse Resistance Education G.R.E.A.T – Gang Resistance Education And Training - QTMC has great crossover appeal, and most booking requests for QTMC have been received from predominantly non-Minority audiences.
