About Me

Well, I now live in Chicago, not really Chicago it is Orland Park but it's close enough, so that is pretty fun. I'm still kind of new down here so I'm still figuring stuff out down here. Other than that I'm a normal guy who likes to have a good time drinkin and what not. I used to play hockey for the Grand Valley State Club hockey team, but when I graduated that ended which sucks. I miss playing. I also miss being in school and all my friends up there. The real world is heavily overrated.

My Interests

Hockey first and foremost. I really miss playing. I'm really glad the NHL is back this year, I like most of the rule changes that were made. The game is much faster and much more open, which I like. Other than that I like watching movies, pretty much anything, even the occasional chick flick. I also really like to read again most anything, mystery suspense shit is probably my favorite. I also enjoy drinkin with friends, drinkin alone on occasion is ok but to offen and you're an alcoholic. I just like to go out and have a good time.

Music:

Pretty much anything. Not so much country, but I'll listen to it if its already on.

Movies:

Some of the favorites are Usual Suspects, Boondock Saints, The Departed, Slapshot, Youngblood, Spanish Prisoner, anything from the Coen Brothers, Swingers, Wedding Crashers, 40 Year Old Virgin, Grandma's Boy, the list could go on forever.

Television:

Lost, I got hit by that train this season, it's just so damn addicting. But other than that whatever good on TV at night is usually good enough for me.

Books:

The favorite is Gates of Fire by Steven Pressfield. I also like Devil in the White City, The Gun Seller, anything by James Patterson, Ted Bell, Dean Koontz, and a few other authers.

Heroes:

I would have to say my old man, even though he is going through a bit of a rough patch as of late.
