There's an endless list of things that bring joy to my life. In short, they include:
*Spending time with the best friends any girl could ever ask for
*Vacationing at the beach, soaking up the sun and inhaling the view along with a pina colada
*Traveling out of the country, learning things about other cultures and speaking foreign languages, interacting with the world
*Hanging out at Uncle Warren's, watching the latest movies with my buddies, enjoying a tasty drink and meal, giving thumbs up/down to all the things that move us
*Giving long hugs, and letting my dogs kiss me all over, reveling in the love that we share, watching my pets enjoy the simplest things in life
*Reading authors like Jane Austen and Pablo Neruda and realizing that I possess the gift that can make people feel like those authors make me feel, relating my stories to others, inspiring and being inspired by the written word
*Laying in a warm bath for hours at a time, reading a good novel, doing crosswords, surfing the net, listening to music, or just enjoying the water, it's all the same to me, it is my refuge
*Text messaging my buddies, and receiving in return, little quips or private jokes that illuminate my day
*Being constantly inspired by Lord Of The Rings, how that story encompasses everything important in life, how we overcome the greatest obstacles with the power of the human mind, for the sake of the smallest joys in life
*A nice long conversation with good company, somewhere where I can drink and smoke and not get hassled about it
*Learning life lessons from the sage words of my mother and grandmother, realizing that they can offer me a wealth of information if I only listen
*Collecting garden gnomes, even though it annoys my family
*Learning about Renaissance and Baroque art history
*Fable, Ghost Recon, 007, or Halo playing with my buddies, laughing maniacally when I kill their character, or even when I get killed cuz it's sweet revenge
*Taking road trips whenever I can, wherever I can
*Decorating my house, making it my own personal paradise

Lord of the Rings, Pride & Prejudice, The Holiday, Count Of Monte Cristo, The English Patient, The Notebook, Life Is Beautiful, Phantom of the Opera, Labyrinth, Goldmember, Big Trouble, The Royal Tenenbaums, others that have stood the test of time for me, it just depends on what kind of mood I'm in.
MST3K (always!), Lost, Nip/Tuck, The Office, American Idol, Boston Legal, CSI, CSI:Miami, The Soup, One Tree Hill, Extras, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Girls Next Door, too many more to list. I watch A LOT of TV and movies, and I DVR everything of interest.
