I was born on June 9, 1981 in the snowy state of Utah. I lived in Park City where I learned to ski at a young age and enjoy live music. My family and I spent eight wonderful years there and I thought the snow was the only way to live. Needless to say, that changed when we moved down to St. Thomas in the U.S.V.I.Quickly, I adapted to the island lifestyle and I suddenly found meaning to those Beach Boy's and especially Jimmy Buffett songs. I spent every day for three years in the sun and the water and decided that for me, this was paradise. After three years on the island my family and I moved to Florida.Florida became the balance of paradise and slightly more 'real world' and I enjoyed it. At age 14 I began playing my fathers guitar (many thanks Louie) and also began to find my love for surfing. There have been many moments in my life where these were the only two things that kept me sane! For the next eight years I played for fun for my friends and family. After Graduating from Flagler College in St. Augustine Florida I went on an extended vacation down in Santiago, Chile. I stayed with wonderful friends (Karin, Alvaro, Alvaro Andres, Isidora, y Kamila..."papi, papi, papi chulo") and got to experience the Andes. It was a special time in my life and I decided that it was time to start playing professionally. Along with my close friend Robby, we began to play gigs under the unofficial title UtterNonscents. We had a great couple months and then I moved out west to play at the Ore House Restaurant and Pepi's Bar in Vail Colorado. Since then my life has been wonderful. Music has given me a new drive and I am going to see where it wants to take me. A Big Thank You goes to my family, without you this would have never been possible. And thank you friends for your ongoing support and the endless material to write songs about!!!!!!!!-Peter
