So you want to know about me...where should I begin? I was born and raised in Omaha and have spent my whole life in the great city (except for four months when I ventured off to Hastings, NE for school...yipee). I went to nursing school at UNMC and worked at Children's Hospital for three years in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. My husband and I got married last June and had twin girls in December. Lexi and Lilly. They are super cute. I have a pic of them on this site. Well, they are our babies, but they happen to be puppies. Sorry for the confusion! :)
My husband is finally kickin' me in the butt and making me leave my comfort zone. Yep, you heard right. We're moving to Florida. Yes, I know...they have hurricaines. And, yes, I know...lots of alligators...and bugs...BIG bugs. Oh, and did I foget to mention your glasses fog up when you walk outside in the summer because it's so freakin' humid. It's for all these reasons and more that I'm so excited for this adventure. Hey, all I care about is that I'm going to have a pool, and maybe a hot tub if I'm lucky, in my backyard (granted it has to have a giant screen around it to keep out the bugs...and alligators).
