Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves for they shall never cease to be amused.
They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. To me memories are pictures embedded in my mind. And every time those pictures are brought to recollection, the words come pouring out like rain in a raging storm. People say that when I write, I write novels that take forever and Sunday to read... but if pictures are worth a thousand words and I'm trying to paint you a picture, aren't a thousand words of essence? For you see, I want you to be able to view the photographs that I have in my head. For it is those photos that I have stored away that have made me who I am today. I want you to share the joys and the sorrows, the laughter and the pain. Essentially, I want you to see me as I view myself...a woman who cares more so than most people think, a woman who can love unconditionally, a woman who once scorned can forgive but never forget.
Most people call me a bitch. For in speaking my mind, I have made many an enemy but also many a friend. They say truth hurts. Yet those who have remained friends find my candor refreshing. Thus I must digress and call myself a realist.
A true friend is someone who thinks that you are a good egg even though he knows that you are slightly cracked
