About Me
Ghost Wit Da Mos is an up and coming artist from South Bend, Indiana and is also one of the co-founders of Mo Shine Records, LLC. He was raised on the East Side of the city by a single mother and by the age of 14 found himself doing his first bid, which ended up being over a year for a carjacking charge. It was while he was locked up that he started flowing, freestyling to pass the time. As time went on he stayed entrenched in the street life but never stopped spitting and now years later he is still in the game and has gained respect across the city as one of the games top MC's. He has appeared on numerous projects during his career. These include a solo mixtape entitled "The Shittin On Em Mixtape" (Mo Shine Records) that won a local award for being the best hip-hop album of 2007, The Family Business Compilation Volume 1 (Mo Shine Records), a second Mo Shine compilation called "We Back" (Mo Shine Records), a group album with The Sindicate (of which he made up one-third of the group) called “Flame Throwerâ€, along with a mixtape of that album hosted by DJ Phantom (WGCI-Chicago), Gotti Got Thangz "My Letter" (Mo Shine Records), D-Low Flexxican's "Sinner Like Me" (Mo Shine Records), Indiana Stand Up Mixtapes Volumes 1 and 2 (We Raw Music), Southwest Connection Mixtape Volume 3 (Southwest-Connection), The Midwest Re-Mix Tape Volume 2 (Twista.net/RIP Records), two solo records that were released exclusively overseas, "These Are The Thoughts" (Mo Shine International) and "Lyrical Execution" (Mo Shine International), two records with a group called Voices of Tragedy, "Tragic Rain" (Blown Away Productions) and "They Dont Make Thugs Like They Used Too" (Blown Away Productions), along with a host of guest appearances on other artists albums. He has been featured in several national publications (WWS Magazine, Mic Magazine), newspapers (South Bend Tribune, Hammond Times, Gary Post), innumerable web sites, and of course radio programs (WSMK 99.1, X-Radio, B 96.3, WGCI). He has appeared on numerous mixtapes from coast to coast and has traveled all across the country performing. He has worked with Grand Hustle, The Drama Ward, DJ Phantom, Guerrilla Republik, Block Boy Muzik, and many more. He is dropping a new record called "The Man, The Myth, The Muzik..." in Summer 09.
