About Me


DJ Smooth G has been spinning for over 18yr's in the entertainment world. Born in Naples Italy, & raised in Queens NY. Smooth G got his beginning recognition being the resident DJ for 6yr's at one of New York's premier venues, China Club, & 2yr's at Club Deep. Since then Smooth G has DJ at some of the top Lounges & Mega Clubs in New York City such as Roxy, Studio 54, Avalon, Lotus, Exit, Suede, Aer, Spy, Strata, One, Duvet, Taj, Pacha, Sol, Home & Guesthouse just to name a few.
DJ Smooth G know's how to work any crowd keeping the energy up all night. His style is very versatile when spinning, playing a mix of Hip Hop, Rock, R&B, House, Reggae and Classic's(70's,80's,90's).
From New York City nightclubs to CD release parties for recording artists to the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece, Smooth G defines in the art of mixing music. His extensive amount of travel and background affords him the ability to work very well with different demographics. DJ Smooth G has traveled and played for some major events in South Beach Miami, Las Vegas, LA and Athens Greece.
Currently Smooth G continues to do venues in the New York City & New Jersey Area. He also holds a residency at New York's legendary China Club Every Saturday night.
With the radio lying on the horizon, Smooth G hopes to share his skills with the community at large. With his unique blend, it is only a matter of time before he becomes a major success.
