About Me

Let's see what I can say about me...
I'm a proud Marine wife...Ben and I have been together since June '99, and we've been married since June '01. We have two kids...an eleven year old daughter (hubby's step-daughter) and a four year old son. We are also owned by two crazy cats.
I've been a stay at home mom since October '01. Sometimes it drives me nuts, but most of the time I love it. I figure that I'll probably go back to work once my youngest starts school. I've got a while, since he probably won't start kindergarten until the 2009-2010 school year. I'd love to find a legitimate way to work from home...something other than Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, and such (with those kinds of businesses, I'd be my own best customer...lol). I love to crochet (check out my photo albums to see pics of stuff I've made), so I've been thinking about trying to find a way to build a business around that. I'm just not sure how to get started. I'm also addicted to Paint Shop Pro, and love playing around with different graphics and effects. You can click here to see some of the graphics I've designed using PSP and Photoshop.
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell (and according to some people, 'nut' is the operative word). I hope I haven't bored you too much...wouldn't want you to fall asleep, slide out of your chair and hurt yourself.
