From a very young age Tom was very much interested in writing & producing music (most specifically UK Hardcore), playing around with trackers on Amiga's, Atari ST's and PCs in the 90's, also playing around with programs aimed at beginners (i.e. the Dance eJay series, and the Music series of games that were released on the Playstation).
However, it wasn't until he left school and went to college (although not doing a music related course) that he became a lot more interested in DJ'ing & Music Production, especially within the Hardcore scene. Luckily his best friend was studying music at college and so learned a lot of stuff about producing music & DJ'ing from him. It then became a big hobby and whenever Tom wasn't doing his coursework or at work, he was learning how to produce tracks and learning how to mix.
2004 saw Tom's first booking at a small hardcore night in Sleaford called "Stamina" and from then, he caught the bug and so pushed for more bookings until he got his first residency in 2005 at a night in Nottingham called "Liquid Rush". He also continued to write a lot more music primarily to play in his sets, but as time went on would push for possible track signings. 2005 also saw his first release, a track entitled "Right Back" that was released on a small digital label entitled "Addictive Download". He has since had a couple of bits released on digital labels, inc. "First Sight (Flyin' & Sparky Remix)" on Graffiti Trax and "Secrets Inside" by himself & Kelly C on his digi label "S.D. Music" which launched late 2007.
Who knows what 2008 is gonna bring for Tom, but one thing is for sure, he will continue to push for more regular bookings as a DJ & for more of his tracks to be released!
