Werewolves, winged unicorns, pirates, Akron, and Luca Turilli, Rodrigo and Gabriela:Turisas:
All power metal, classical, and most sub-genres of metal. In case you are wondering, emo, screamo, and the like are not metal at all. I am content with most hip-hop, rap, and country. I will try anything you throw at me really, but am still a metal-head at heart. Oh yeah, and I love Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. I would list all of the bands, then all of the extraneous songs and everything like other people do, but that would take hours or even days, and I don't have that kind of gumption.
I feel the same about film as I do about music. There are so many types of film and I love them all. Well... most of them (snuff films aren't really that cool). I have learned in my film career that a good film is not just one with a cool story. My absolute favorite, I suppose, would be anything by my idol - and I say idol because I look up to this man so very much - Brad Highland. To give you a taste, check out the following film:
I don't watch an extreme amount of television but if I do, it doesn't much matter what it is. Basically any crime show is good for me, such as CSI or Criminal Minds. Anything on the History Channel, History International, Discovery Channel, Discover Times Channel, Science Channel, Military Channel, or Animal Planet is good, as long as it is informational. Cartoons I enjoy are Avatar: the Last Airbender, Spongebob Squarepants, Dethklok Metalocalypse, and Dragonball Z. When it comes to sitcoms, however, I only like Rules of Engagement.
I think, by now, you realize that I am one of the most ecclectic people around. It doesn't change much for books. I read everything from Chaucer to Sophocles, or from Harry Potter to westerns by Louis L'amour. Point blank, if you give it to me, and I'll read it.
Brad Highland, Neil Peart, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, Sean Connery, Andrea Todd, Scott Mattison, my parents, Cameron Jones, Kaitlyn Mazanet's Dad (a story accompanies this), Elliot Farrell Mills, Rachel Zdziarski, Amanda Corrigeux, Jimmy Stewart, Rekalyn Beth Sedivy, David Kelley and Matt Lindstrom, Stacy Handel, and David Cox. That is just to name a few.
