Quiet In The Cave

About Me

Quiet In The Cave were born as a trio in the spring of 2002. Alessandro Marchionni on the drums, Carlo Bellucci on bass and Munholy on the guitar and voice. The band decided almost at the beginning to compose and play his own songs, inspired by all sorts of music the guys used to listen to. The first gigs were immediately appreciated by the audience. One year later Mike, Alessandros brother, joined the band playing keyboards, sampling and programming. From this moment on their sound moves to a more atmospheric and psychedelic direction. In the summer of 2003 the band won a local contest that allowed them to record a demo in a studio. In January 2004, after a four days recording, they realized their first demo called Monstro, which contains 7 tracks. Monstro was greeted by foreign and italian magazines and web-zines with positive comments and reviews. At the end of 2004 and in the first half of 2005 Quiet In The Cave started to compose and record their second demo called Future is a closed door. In june 2005, Quiet In The Cave won an online contest called Musica DAlta Quota in collaboration with Joint Operation Records, and they appear in the contests compilation with a new track called R.O.O.M.. In january 2006 a new compilation of italian bands by Noisecult Records, called One Last Flight, is published and Quiet In The Cave join the album with Future is a closed door. At the moment Quiet In The Cave are composing new songs and looking for any kind of contacts to promote their music.
