While people chase money I pursue happiness. So many people talk about there investments or how much money they have but there's so many rich people who spend a lot of that trying 2 buy a piece of happiness. If there's anything my mom taught me is to enjoy life. I just recorded my first verse in the last 6 months 2 days ago at Bape's Studio in Japan. It felt good and I was inspired. I absolutely lost my mind (in a good way) on the new Glow in the Dark tour. The constant hours of creating helped me 2 keep from loosing my mind in a bad way. Chris Milk told me tragedy can produce great art and this is definitely true. I am a total mad man now, up till 3 am every night, trying 2 fight pain, board-um, and uncertainty with creativity. the tours taking place in '08 are already hott! Kanye, N*E*R*D, Rihanna, & Lupe! Mary J. Blige & Jay-Z! Erykah Badu & The Roots! i say DAMN!i get into lot's of music. the shyt keeps me going! i often wonder what the hell people did before music and then i remember... there was no such time! not possible.some luv's: kanye, lauryn hill, maroon 5, robin thicke, alicia keys, oukast, t.i., nelly furtado, amy winehouse, aaliyah, rihanna, billie holiday, john legend, ne-yo, lupe fiasco, musiq, richard cheese, erykah badu, kelis, justin timberlake, the supremes... i could literally do this for hours, so how about i don't and say i did!
Movies:
the movie theater might as well be my 2nd home... i stay viewing whatever's new on the big-screen! there's no experience like opening night @ the movies... none!some fav's: fight club, cruel intentions, smokin' aces, l4yer cak3, the devil wears prada, igby goes down, school daze, atl, sleepy hollow, boomerang, crybaby, chasing amy... the list goes on!i know i'm late but, i just fell in love with "lady sings the blues."
Television:
don't get to see nearly as much television as i used to. not bitter though. there comes a time in every man's life...
Books:
i have gotten it in w/ a few novels by e. lynn harris and i have the entire boondocks collection by aaron mcgruder. had to read fight club. currently got my nose in 'rant' another one by chuck palahniuck.
