In an invitation sent out by one of Bovetti's fans, they had this to say, "She has this song, I think it's called Kiss Me, that I just wait for. She sings that song and you feel like you're the only one in the room with her..." A song that everyone understands.Growing up in the Bovetti Family had its unique advantages. With a father who worked in the Foreign Service, Larissa was introduced to many different cultures and a love for music. With her family listening to musical legends like Emmy Lou Harris, Loretta Lynn, Joan Baez and Dolly Parton, there were no limitations on what she could do with music. At the ripe old age of 12 Larissa started writing and playing music, learning to play the piano and guitar. Her family was thrilled with her talents and encouraged her to pursue them.After graduation with a fellowship in Music Composition from UC-Santa Barbara and showcasing in L. A. and San Francisco, Larissa decided it was time to try her hand at Nashville's music scene. Meeting fellow songwriters and honing her craft has been a wonderful experience for this Californian.
