::::KEVIN:::: I am avid mountain biker, wakeboarder and snowboarder. I enjoying spending time with my circle of close friends. Nothing is more important to me than them. I have received my B.S. degree in Chemistry and am starting a Ph.D. program at UCSD; I guess I am crazy. I love to play with my dog Kaibab. Sunday mornings I spend with Tim Russert for my political fix. As busy as I am, the majority of my time is spent gardening. I have a large collection of orchids from around the world. My newest gardening exploration is growing Japanese maples from seed. ::::TIFFANY:::: It is not a big surprise that Kevin and I have similar interests. I am a snow boarder and also enjoy mountain biking, hiking, gardening and geocacheing. I love being active outdoors and am not afraid of a challenge or getting dirty. When I need to relax I love to sit outside in our garden and enjoy the flowers and plants or cook. I have an A.S. degree in forensic science and a B.S. degree in Chemistry. I am currently getting my masters degree while doing research in biophysical analytical chemistry. In case that means nothing to you...I study a protein called OmpA hoping to come closer to an answer to protein misfolding diseases such as cystic fibrosis or alzheimer's. Also, I get to study OmpA using the highest danger class of LASERs. My biggest aspiration is to do something that will help change the world and make it a better place to live.
