About Me

So time to update this thing...My name is Allyson in case you haven't figured that out yet. I am a born and raised "Roman," yet I was able to spread my wings and fly away from this place for a few years...of course like most of the rest of the people from Rome, I ended up right back where I left. I now live in a WONDERFULLY decorated apartment, with my ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE boyfriend and our ADORABLE little kitty. I am newly employed by Oneida County as a SPFY Caseworker (School Partnership For Youth) in the Camden School District. So far, so good. That is pretty much all that is going on with me at the moment, but I'm sure that will change soon enough.

My Interests

Hanging out with the love of my life, my kitty, hanging out with my WONDERFUL girlfriends and insanely fun boys, and spending time with my "families"

I'd like to meet:

A very generous person who will give me enough money to live off of for the rest of my life without ever having to work again. Wishful thinking..I KNOW!!

Music:

I mostly enjoy Rap, R&B, Pop...really you name it...odds are, I will listen to it...Just keep the whiney stuff sung by guys that wear makeup and/or clothes that are just wayyyyy too tight for their own good. It all just sounds the same. I'm sorry they had issues with their dad not paying enough attention to them, but my god, these guys need to grow some balls!...OK I'm done ranting now...hehehe

Movies:

My ALL TIME FAVORITE movie is Adventures In Babysitting, but I am also a sucker for The Notebook and pretty much any other romantic kind of movie. I love to laugh so comedies work for me too. You can keep the scary movies...I'm definitely all set with those. Action are just "ehhhhh" to me unless of course they have a little bit of a love story for me to focus on.

Television:

I'm not gonna lie...I LOVEEEE TV! Although I don't watch nearly as much TV as I used to. I watch Grey's Anatomy, Lost, The OC, Medium, and ER. Those seem to be about all I have time for anymore.

Books:

The Notebook, The Wedding, anything by Shakespeare and Poe...honestly, even though I was once an English major..reading was never something I wanted to do...

Heroes:

All of those that fight for our country every single day and make little to no money for doing so.
