I started producing music under the name of Musique TLR in my bedroom in Stockholm in 2001, working with various string instruments (guitars, dulcimer, banjo), melodica, accordion, software synthesizers, samples, tape echo and vocals. I was trying to find a balance between the precision, lifelessness and repetition of the digital sounds and the errors, scratches and disturbance that comes from using amps, guitars and tape echoes from the early 1960's.
I released my first cd, Musique TLR ..1, in 2006. 300 hand-printed, hand-glued, home-burned discs.
Write to [email protected] to buy CD. 30 SKR/€3 incl. p & p.
The CD was chosen "Demo of the Week" at the Swedish music site Digfi.com in October 2006, and was called " the big demo happening of this autumn". Read more (in Swedish) at http://www.digfisongs.com/Default.aspx?page=vartist&VId=
