Efren Rosa was born on July 5, 1981 in Cleveland, OH; the west side. He is the youngest of three children. Since the young age of six, Efren grew a passion for music; he began to show off his natural talents in school talent shows. He was also placed in a school play, and did a cameo for Boys II Men. Not only does Efren have his vocal talent with his singing and rapping; but he also has great creativity in producing beats. With his capturing beats, Efren was given the name EEZZBEATS. At the age of 18, Mr. Rosa relocated himself from Cleveland, OH to Orlando, FL.; and not long after, went a short distance away to Miami, FL. It was in Miami where Efren created not only the lyrics but also the beats to his first recording Get Sheets Dirty. However, with this great excitement came great disappoint; four hundred dollars for studio time and six hours of hard work gave an end result to a really poor quality of track. After this bad experience, the rising artist purchased his own equipment and continued on with his musical journey. With the hands on equipment, Efren was able to create unbelievable original beats and mixes that captured the attention of many. This artist began by creating all original CD’s and passed them out to DJ’s, public crowds, club owners and promoters; at no surprise there was no negative feed back. Efren always enjoyed listening to south music, (ex: T.I., Three Six Mafia, Young Jeezy, etc.) One thing he felt was missing was the Spanish words to the crunk rhythms. The only person doing this was Pit Bull, so in order for him to get recognized, Efren began by recording remixes to already popular crunk songs. For example, he transformed T.I.’s What You Know about That to Que Tu Sabe Deso. In addition, he also transformed Three Six Mafia’s Stay Fly to Sige Volando. These songs caught the attention of local club DJ’s and were played to the club crowds. With his Spanish back ground and his love for music, EEZZBEATS is recognized for playing an instrument called Guira; this is a Dominican instrument used mostly in the music of merengue and bachata. However, with his creativity he began to implement this instrument with the reggaeton rhythms. Orlando has many individuals who enjoy reggaeton, and the first time he brought the Guira to the club it was a burst of energy. This definitely symbolizes and recognizes EEZZBEATS originality. On June 23rd, 2007 EEZZBEATS performed to one of his biggest crowds ever; over 15,000 people attended the 2007 Fiesta De San Juan Event @ Wet N Wild in Orlando. He performed four songs at this event, and was one of the top performances of the day. His image was on the main flyer; there were commercial airings on Telemundo, a Spanish television channel, and newspaper articles, which included his picture and name. Also, his performance was advertised on the local Latin radio stations, 98.1 La Mega and 100.3 Rhumba. Efren Rosa was a really exclusive performer and continues even further into his career as EEZZBEATS - El Exclusivo. After his experiences in Orlando, Florida he has made a prospective to venture off to the Dominican Republic, to share his music and his style with his country. There is a debut Mini-Album H.A.H. (Hit After Hit) coming out March 2008, which includes some reggaeton, freestyle, and hip-hop/R&B remixes, to officially make his mark as El Exclusivo. Come March 2008 people of the Dominican Republic will know who El Exclusivo is.
