self-improvement is masturbation. now, self-destruction...

About Me

just another small part of the collective consciousness. experiencing itself subjectively from it's own narrow point of view. the obvious goal is to expand my outlook so i can enrich my experience. the enemy is the close-minded ignorance and worthless pursuits.
Dogma:
why?!! because we live our lifes in fear and we seek reassurance from others in everything we do. humans fear the unknown and we are creatures brought up in a world that we do not understand. what we know is what we did and what we learned. at some point we figure out how to derive happiness from the stuff we know and ignore the rest. ultimately we are prisoners of our own ignorance and the only way to be absolutely free is to know.
More:
I am anti-social and I have little patience towards most people. I don't associate myself with people who consider themselves "normal" and tend to live a life modeled after the general socially acceptable norms. Though not following the trends that society is trying to impose doesn't mean that you can't be a moral person. It all depends on where your priorities lie.

Quotes:
"I hate this place. This zoo. This prison. This reality, whatever you want to call it, I can't stand it any longer. It's the smell, if there is such a thing. I feel saturated by it. I can taste your stink and every time I do, I fear that I've somehow been infected by it."
what lies before us and what lies beyond are tiny compared to what lies within us.
"There is no such thing as right and wrong, there's just popular opinion."
"If the sky were to suddenly open up there would be no law. There would be no rule. There would only be you and your memories the choices you've made, and the people you've touched..."
"God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."
"We're consumers. We are by-products of a lifestyle obsession. Murder, crime, poverty, these things don't concern me. What concerns me are celebrity magazines, television with 500 channels, some guy's name on my underwear. Rogaine, Viagra, Olestra. Martha Steward. Fuck Martha Stewart. Martha's polishing the brass on the Titanic. It's all going down, man. So fuck off with your sofa units and strine green stripe patterns, I say never be complete, I say stop being perfect, I say let... lets evolve, let the chips fall where they may."
"We don't make things anymore. It's all automated. What are we for then? We're consumers, Jim. Yeah. Okay, okay. Buy a lot of stuff, you're a good citizen. But if you don't buy a lot of stuff, if you don't, what are you then, I ask you? What? Mentally ill. Fact, Jim, fact - if you don't buy things - toilet paper, new cars, computerized yo-yos, electrically-operated sexual devices, stereo systems with brain-implanted headphones, screwdrivers with miniature built-in radar devices, voice-activated computers..."

Gretchen: "Borislav? What the hell kind of name is that? It's like some sort of superhero or something."
Me: "What makes you think I'm not?"
...
Gretchen: "You're weird."
Me: "Sorry."
Gretchen: "No, that was a compliment."
Myspace Rules:
- yes, i have myspace rules and i follow them sometimes.
- don't try to add me if you have a private profile, that makes no sense.
- i delete people a lot. don't take it personally. it doesn't unnecessarily mean that i hate you. i'm just not the kind of person who will keep 100 friends. if you request me again i'll most likely add you back. usually if you talk to me you are safe.
- don't send huge pictures that are going to resize my layout.
- any comments with sound will be deleted as well.
