Here's my story and I'm stickin' to it...I'm a son, a husband, father, and a musician...I moved to Nashville,TN in 2002...I have no idea what emo/screamo/ or post hardcore music is...I can't understand why music that is too good be played on the radio falls into the genre known as Americana--shouldn't it be the "Too Good to Be Played on the Radio" category?...like a good friend of mine I don't see anything wrong w/ having a Little Debbie snack cake, a can of Mountain Dew and some sunflower seeds for lunch...I feel bad for my wife that God allowed her to marry a dreamer--that's why I love her so much...even when my kids are at their worst I think they're the BEST!!!...sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I wonder if the kind of Rock-N-Roll that Bob Seger used to make will ever make a comeback--'cause I think that would be kinda cool...there is nothing better than a day off from work...summer is way better than winter...if you don't know who Derek Trucks is you should check him out...I think baseball in October is better than football in October...I think it's a shame that hookers today look classier than alot of our "celebrities"...I don't believe that being moody, weird, or mysterious should be prerequisites for being considered talented--your haircut shouldn't have anything to do with it either...how is it that Lenny Kravitz understands the concept of LET LOVE RULE and our world leaders don't?...7-UP and Sprite are the same thing...someone I respect a great deal once told me that when I sing I make God real to people--that's the greatest compliment I've ever received or care to receive...pretty much any shade of blue is a good color...I think Lionel Richie is a great songwriter...I don't like U2 but I think Bono should be a Head of State...I think John Legend could be the next Stevie Wonder...there is no such thing as Punk Rock anymore--nor should there be...I'm sick of TV yet I can't stop watching it...I think God smiles everytime He hears a Hammond B-3,a slide guitar, or a Rhodes piano being played...I believe that passion can make up for a lack of talent but it's better to have both...the best music being played in the US today is happening in Nashville,TN by people you won't ever hear about and that's a shame...That's my story and I'm stickin' to itPEACE..
