a little about us
Just Like Little People are a West-London based band that formed at Tech Music Schools in Acton in 2007. Rhiannon had written some songs, and wanted to start a band, so she roped in a couple of her class mates to come play with her. After jamming for a few months they had their first gig at a pub in Chiswick in January 2008. After receiving great feedback from the audience Just Like Little People started booking more live shows and started writing more material. After a few months, the line-up changed, and it wasn't untill after the launch of their EP "all Change now" in July 2008 that Rich O'Conor became a permanent member of the band. Shortly after, Luke joined the band, and the line-up was complete. The band are now writing new material drawing influences from artists such as Jeff Buckley, PJ Harvey, A Perfect Circle, The Police and the yeah yeah yeah's. They plan to release their new EP this summer.

"just like little people are a joy to watch, Rhiannon's vox are enchanting, and there's a sense of fun that she and the rest of the band bring out in the music. when i saw them they were one member down and still rocked the show, its refreshing to see a band that love what they do and aren't chasing the money, they keep it real." - Criminal Records real editor best profile tools real editor best profile tools
