My favorite movies in the world are now the most cliche movies in the world and it truely makes me sick. First off, The Crow, and secondly, Nightmare Before Christmas. There are several SUBSTANTIAL reasons why I like them, not just because Hot Topic sells them and so they must be cool (Just a side thought, is it just me or is Hot Topic become completely unbareable, like starbucks). Anyway, There are others... Equilibrium is good, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, SPIDERMAN 1 AND 2!!(but that is just because spiderman is awesome), Donnie Darko, man I can't believe I almost forgot that one. Plus I'm an Anime nerd, but not the stupid kind, like DBZ, the beautifully artistic kind like Samurai X and Ghost in a Shell, you know the stuff that makes you think. Ok I think that is about it for now, atleast it is all I can think of...
Cartoon Network. That's it everything else is kind of annoying, in that it's all the same crap done in a different way with different people.
I love Liturature, not books, any one can write a crappy book, it takes intellegence (which the world today is lacking a lot of) to write Literature.
What I guess most people would find pretty sad is that I think my too biggest heroes are women (I guess most men would find that sad anyway). But it is because of their amazing strength and determination that I find them so admirable. My sister who has shown so much strength and carried around so much pain and emotion, and yet still being able to look ahead and know that everything is alright and that there is never anything to fear becasue God ALWAYS knows, more than you do, what is best for the plan He has, she is more one of my biggest inspirations than a hero. My girlfriend Ashley. She's one of the strongest women I know, whether she knows it, or believes it, herself or not. She has so much pressure on her from every angle to be something that everyone else wants her to be, and she somehow always manages to find the strength to walk out the door in the morning and face it all over again, day after day. These two women are my strength when I am weak, and when I cannot seem to find the strength to take it all. And I guess that is the very definition of a hero.
