After years of keeping my profile private I have decided to reopen it up publicly. I don't really like the idea of having everything out for anyone to see, but at the same time it's kind of hard to meet new people if they can't see what you're all about first. I am also REALLY BAD at updating these things and keeping up with them, but I'll try....
so here it goes!
At times I am the sweetest boy in the world. Other times I (unintentionally) probably seem a bit snooty and stand offish. Never take any of my quarks personally.
I am taking my pre-requisite classes for Pharmacy School (yes, I want to be a pharmacist). I work in a pharmacy now, and honestly, there is not much that makes me happier then being there! Honestly, how many people can say that about their jobs and what they want to do with the rest of their lives?
I am a huge fan of science, reading and other nerdy things. One of my favorite things on earth is reading. A goal of mine, not just for the immediate future but also for my lifetime, is to expand my ever-growing library. I have everything from classical fiction to religious texts (of and all religions) to science textbooks. I tend to reserve my wild side for close friends (and of course alcohol induced fits of exuberance). I like being around lots of different kinds of people. The friends who make me crack up in laughter are the best.
I am on a pretty intense religious kick right now (maybe it's because I'm getting older). So that is pretty important to me too.
I can be pretty dramatically different depending on who I am around, but the one constant I live by is to be as honest and truthful to anyone, everyone no matter what. That philosophy goes hand in hand with both my personal convictions as well as my job/future career. If my word means nothing then what is left? (I'd rather not know).
I have 3 pet bullfrogs now.
Yes, I now have 3 (yes THREE) pet bullfrogs. I am kinda terrified of becoming that guy with 5 million pets so if you have a bullfrog who needs a good home, I'm sorry, I cant help. :( My oldest frog's name is Riff-Raff. The youngest frog's name is Billina. My most recently adopted frog's name is Meatball. Pics of them to the left...
