Fall - Winter 2008/2009:
SUCKED! Only good parts were Mark and Josh visit in October, Giants vs Cardinals game in November, and Pink Floyd Experience show at McCallum Theater in March. Everything else about these particular couple months SUCKED!
Summer 2008:
Stan flew out for visit and we went to the Colorodo River Tube Float - 2nd straight year, saw a plethora of cover bands at Fantasy Springs Casino for free all summer - Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, SRV, Tom Petty, Jimi Hendrix to name a few, drove from southern Cali to Bozeman Montana for Dustin and Kari's wedding, Steve B flew out for 10 days and came to Joshua Tree Music Festival with us, Saw Roger Waters at Coachella Fest 10 minutes away and for free, Flew home for my annual visit for 10 days, Saw RADIOHEAD at the Hollywood Bowl, attended my last game at SHEA Stadium for METS vs Marlins and saw Santana pitch, threw a bunch of parties that got out of hand, took a limo to a Phillies game for Mark's Bday, saw Bob Weir and Ratdog at Fantasy Springs.
Winter 2007/2008:
Saw Jim Gaffigan at Fantasy Springs and got a picture with him, Caught moe on a two night run in Hollywood and Anaheim where we got to chill for a while back stage at the House of Blues, Had a bunch of parties during the NFL playoffs, GIANTS WON THE SUPERBOWL, AND FINALLY TAX SEASON IS OVER! Time to live again.
Fall 2007:
Went to Vegoose in Las Vegas: Daft Punk and moe were amazing, caught an air show that was held 15 minutes away in Thermal, Went to San Diego to see "Bodies - The Exhibition", Josh came out to visit for a wasted week, Saw WEEN in L.A. at the Wiltern Theatre, Maya bought her new Civic, Went to the Cracker/Camper Van Beethoven Campout 2007, Alishia and Deb visited for a double wasted weekend, "Which Ones Pink" a tribute to Pink Floyd jammed out the Rock Garden at Fantasy Springs which is only 10 minutes away.
Summer 2007:
Visited Dustin in Boseman - Montana and went to YellowStone National Park, Went to a Mets game in L.A. where they beat the Dodgers in extra innings, Floated down the Colorado River in a giant 600 person Mardi Gras like tube float, Saw Bob Weir and Ratdog with Keller Williams opening up on the same day we went to a Detroit Tigers - L.A. Anaheim Angels game, Went to Santa Monica and Venice Beach for the first time, Went to my first Joshua Tree Music Festival out in the high desert.
