HOW DID I COME UP WITH THE NAME "CiNDeReLLa JoE™"?
Here's a little funny story: It was Berlene's 20th birthday, and we all went to Ocean Beach in San Francisco to do the bonfire. Yup, it was a fun night with my best friends and their cousins (well... four of them are still under 21, including Berlene). We also had some alcoholic drinks in the case. When the time went at 12 MIDNIGHT, we all had to leave the place in a hurry because of the minors -- and the alcoholic drinks. Yup, I lost some of my small items (they were not that important anyway). But, I ended up missing the other pair of my flip flops when I came back to Glicelle's house =(. I thought I had it on my right foot still, but I ended up not having it with me (FYI: I DIDN'T DRINK ANY ALCOHOLIC STUFF AT ALL!!!). I know I didn't lose my flip-flop on the sand, because I was still wearing it walking to the parking lot; but I remember taking one of them off at the Safeway parking lot while waiting for Ravel to get back in the car. So probably I lost it there. That was just stupid of me. =P It was a memorable night, but EMBARRASSING. That's how I am known as CiNDeReLLa JoE™ after that night.=P
I can also relate to this screenname of mines. I am the middle child of the family. I'm mostly the one who does the household chores. Well, I hate it when other people don't cooperate. Don't y'all hate that also? Well, sometimes, it's better to be independent when it comes to this kind of stuff because someone will always back out and go lazy on you. =/
------------------------------
NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT ME FOR REAL!!!
Basically, I'm a fun and loving person. I always make people laugh and smile everytime, even when they are eventually sad. Sometimes, I can get sarcastic, but that's always unexpected. Sometimes, I never think before I speak, and therefore I always say whatever comes out of my mouth. Overall, I never think of myself as a funny person, but a lot of them think I am. It's either I'm just being weird, or it's just that I'm unexpectedly funny. Despite all that, I keep it real all the time no matter what happens.
I would never ever turn my back on anyone. I would never forget anyone who have been a part of my life since day one, because they're the ones who have been inspiring me to live to the fullest. Therefore, it is essential to treasure all your relatives, friends, and anyone who have been there for you. If it isn't for their presence and their help, you won't reach up to where you're at right now.
When I get BORED at some point, I tend to get my mood in an expressive and creative process. When I go to this site, I put a lot of stuff that are very memorable. I do tend to be DORKY most of the times also. You have seen some of my funny pictures. That is really how I am when I feel bored and dorky because I need to feel energetic at all times, which is what we really need, right?
I'm mostly a middleman. I stick to myself in between, except when I think which side is right between two or more sources, because I want to be fair and unbiased. But I really don't want to say one's right and the other one's wrong -- the important thing is that you fight for what you believe in.
Most of the times I get crazy. My moods and attitudes are unpredictable. I can be happy or sad or whatever. Basically, I just live life to its fullest. When I am infatuated or in love, I tend to do the craziest things, and that sometimes can be embarassing. Can we say that it's your own fault or is it someone else's? It doesn't matter because it's already there, and we can't do anything about it. As what Bridget (played by Blake Lively) says in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, "[An] obsessed [person] can't be responsible for their actions." Yeah, it does apply for me, and I know it applies to you. If a heart is broken, that is when you have to take action before you go down emotionally. As we all say, "fix it before it is fully broken."
I have never been in a relationship with anyone, but most people run to me and ask for the best advice that I can come up with when it comes to love, relationsips, and some other stuff. Basically, I'm really honest, and I give them all the best advice that I can give out from my heart. It weirdly sounds like I've been there and done that, but what matters is that you always have to follow your heart on what you really want to do. And the other important thing is to trust on your instincts. If you believe on it, things will happen in your way.
If I get into a relationship with someone, I don't really like to make promises because promises are always broken when I possibly don't commit to it. It is better if we do whatever we can do best, without making any promises, to have a better relationship. If a person makes a promise to me, that will never be forgotten. If you break it, well -- you know how I can get serious with it.
I'm always interested in learning new experiences in life.... and I'm always up for any exciting adventures. I easily get bored when there's either nothing to do, or the things that I do get monotonous. Don't y'all feel like that sometimes? I guess we all need to hang out together sometime and have fun. I just don't want to be stuck at home, so all of you have to send me a message if there are any plans. =)

My Interests

I love everything on this list:
*Filipino & Chinese foods... and anything delicious.
*Dulce Le Leche (Caramel for short) and Strawberry Cheesecake/Shortcake ice creams
*hanging out with friends
*watching movies (mostly at the movie theatre when something interesting comes out)
*watching TV (well, whatever is on, then I'll watch it)
*dancing
*club/bar-hopping (I'm not an alcoholic though) 'til it's "Early Mornin'"
*singing <[b>I'm a karaoke champ at any parties -- send me a message if you're interested in having me as a Karaoke Host or the "Guest of Honor"; I am also a proud owner of the famous Magic Mic (Most of the Filipinos know what I'm talking about)]
*listening to music
*reading books (when I only have free time) and magazines (current Entertainment Weekly subscriber)
*commuting [I'm currently taking BART and bus because I am still working on getting a license - I'm available to get picked up at a designated place]
*internet surfing and chatting
*shopping
*traveling
*driving around with people (I don't drive yet, but I still am the navigator since I know mostly where to go)
*talking on the phone
*taking photos using either my digital camera or my Motorola phone
*doing household chores (yeah... it's painful, but I got used to doing it and it became my hobby)
*arcade games (@ the mall or @ the movies) -- I mostly prefer shooting games
*bowling
*swimming
*collecting DVDs, CDs, tickets (from movies, concerts, theme parks, etc.), and other memorabilias
*meeting celebrities of all races... LOL =)
*exercising (to lose whatever pounds I may gain)
*sleeping
*doing a journal/blog whenever I feel like expressing myself from any experiences I've been through (sorry... I can't give out any links besides this site because I'd rather keep it privately to myself)
*attending interesting events (i.e.: WonderCon)
*playing video games -- especially with my Nintendo Wii

...and a lot more. =)

However, there are some stuff that I hate:
*shrimps and squids
*chocolate (since I'm still on medication). I hate it when people who eat chocolate in front of me make me feel so jealous.
*things getting disorganized [I have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)].

------------------------------

I'd like to meet:

...people who have 100% natural positive attitude and personality!!! There is NO ROOM for shady/superficial people, backstabbers, hypocrits (this pisses me off when people have nothing to do but judge you -- seriously, if you don't like who I really am as a person, y'all can just shove it up somewhere; just let me live my life like how I live normally -- and that's MY PREROGATIVE), and those who bring up other negative elements in my presence.

FOR THE 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, (and it goes on) -- DEGREE FRIEND STUFF: Well, if you have any friends or relatives that I'm related to personally, and I KNOW YOU also, maybe you'll get a chance to be added.

FOR THOSE WHO I REALLY DON'T KNOW: Well, try to INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO ME by sending me a message, if you want to get to know me. If you know me from somewhere else and I really know you, you also get a chance to be added. Well, if I don't send you a message back, that means I'm neither interested nor wanting to know you more at all. I somewhat do "first impressions" on people -- if I don't like you based on your looks and/or attitude, then you should know the drill. =(

--------------------

For those who want to chat with me ..:
AOL Instant Messenger: "bootyshaker563"
MSN Messenger: "[email protected]"
YAHOO Messenger: "herontoxc8r" or "[email protected]" (SBC users like me have to use the whole full e-mail address as our screenname)

For those who want to add me on your Nintendo Wii Console:

Just add my number on your Wii address book. And then I can send you all my Mii character.

I'll talk to all of you in cyberspace, and see you all soon! =)

Music:

CiNDeReLLa JoE™'s MUSICAL HITLIST

I made this MySpace Music Player at MyFlashFetish .com.

--------------------

Music is like a part of my system. Without it, I won't be able to get into the rhythm vocally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Heck, I can't even live without it. Music also makes me feel therapeutic and inspired from thinking about all of the experiences I have been through in life -- whether it was good or bad. Either way, music generally makes me a stronger person.

At the age of four, I started holding a microphone at one of my mom's friend's party, and started singing (heck... I don't even remember what I was trying to sing) -- that is when I started thinking that I will definitely have this kind of talent forever.

When it comes to dancing, I'm a bootyshaker!!! Yes, I shake my a** all the time. It's weird for some people, but it's normal to me. =P Dancing is not also my hobby -- it's also a way to lose a couple or more pounds I may gain. It's a good thing that I have some dance classes to take in the campus. I also have some other skills, but I'm not that professional as some other people are. =P

I'm so random when it comes to the music genres that I listen to. I'm tired of hearing the same stuff about money, drugs, sex, and whores. It's all about expressing yourself and telling stories in your song that make sense and relatable to anybody.

FAVORITE MOVIE GENRES: Comedy, Drama, Romance, Auto-Biographies, Art Film, Animations (not including Japanese animation because I don't watch most of it -- well, except that I watched Spirited Away, which is in my TOP 20 ALL-TIME FAVORITES), etc.
I am a SCREAM KING in any movie theatre and even at home when it comes to horror/suspense/thriller movies -- most of the times people get scared at me when I scream rather than getting scared at a particular scary scene of a movie.
FUNNY FACT: My loudest scream was when I watched Final Destination 3 when the fan unexpectedly whirred again at the dead guy's head. I was expecting that nothing will happen until that happened. I unexpectedly screamed loud, and it went around the biggest auditorium of the movie theatre… LOL. Maybe the people at the theatre hallway could've heard my loudest scream.
Yes, I'm the Seed of Chucky. But damn! Look at my tongue -- is it the picture or is it that I have a long tongue?

A Walk to Remember -- this book made me cry during silent reading in my 12th grade English class.

P.S., I Love You -- I had an emotional roller coaster reading experience with this one. It made me cry at first, and then laugh, and then cry again. I can't wait to see the movie adaptaion of this book this holiday season -- starring my hubby Gerard Butler and Hilary Swank.

--------------------

Heroes:

FERNANDO POE, JR. -- he's the king of Philippine action movies. He should've been the President of the Philippines if he didn't get cheated on the elections. He's the only guy who made every Filipinos happy.
