Small town Ohio boy now living in Cali. Went to school at Indiana University... it may be tough to top my experiences there... but hey, who said I was a quitter!
I can be a perfect gentleman... definitely the type Mom and Dad love... BUT I love a good time... and I'm perfectly content with a chill evening. Big family guy... family always comes first. I love my friends and one can never have enough friends. Even if they are spread-out across the country.
So how does a small town Midwest guy end up in California you ask? I moved out to California to run Track and Field for Nike. I did that for 2 years and retired summer of 2005. It's impossible to put into words all the experiences and emotions athletics have blessed me with over the years, so I won't even try.
So what keeps me in California? Now that my athletic career is behind me I’m focusing that energy in the business arena. I am a very competitive, goal oriented and driven individual. So I'm finding Startup Companies a lot of fun. With that said... I am always on the lookout for people with similar qualities for business ventures. Ultimately it's not WHAT you know, but WHO you know.
Experiences make up life. My goal is to experience as much as possible. Take the biggest drink and the deepest breath! And in terms of failure... if you've never truly failed... then you've never truly succeeded. Failure is on the road to success!
Eventually I want to move down to Southern California, but business keeps me in Silicon Valley. I told you guys I was moving down.
