Music:
Wu-Tang Clan is the greatest and most influental hip-hop group of the 90's, bar none. The Wu If you don't know then go to school on the real hip-hop they've been spittin for 15 years and still couniting. Most of hip-hop I still listen to is music made like before 2000. Today's stuff is wack to me with some exceptions. Other hip-hop favorites are Boot Camp Clik (Black Moon, Heltah Skeltah, OGC, Smif N Wessun AKA Cocoa Brovaz)RIP B.I.G., Big Pun (RIP and the most underrated MC of all time, the rest of the country needs to go to school about Pun cause they don't know!), Jay-Z,Keith Murray Redman, Nas (Illmatic), Fu-Schnickens, KRS-ONE, Mad Lion, Gangstarr or any dope lyricist with a nice flow. I could go even further back if I wanted to. Other than that, just anything positive, contemporary Christian stuff like Chris Tomlin, Third Day, MercyMe etc. and some of the heavier Christian bands, and of course my local Orangeburg buddies On Tap, BDLI and AGWIB! But not country (I ain't been in the south that long people!) I even listen to System of a Down, Seether and Nickelback because of their unique sound to me. Also like drum & bass and breakbeats. Pendulum has a CD's out thats the best I've heard in a long time. I also like Vandal, Agent K, Deekline & Wizard, Baby Anne, DJ Icey, and many others I don't feel like naming. I threw "Mad as Hell" on there by the Vandal. Nice hard drum & bass.
