RAS MYSTIK ZEBULUN

Ryan Mystik is another soldier in JAH musical army, on mission to spread JAH message, JAH love and teachings. It was always Mystik's goal to eventually share his music with JAH people. The road was a long one, but worth every step. In the beginning, most of JAH work was done behind the scenes, beginning with a newsletter entitled,"Uprising". This publication lasted for nearly a year, but the task was a heavy load, so unfortunately "Uprising", was discontinued. But while doing the newsletter, Mystik had started interning on a Reggae radio show. So with that, Mystik had his voice heard, not singing, but just as well, spreading JAH vibes. The show lasted for almost a year after Mystik had signed on, then was cancelled due to the station changing ownership. Keeping the link with the DJ, Loriel, Mystik continued the journey. Along the way, he was blessed enough to have emceed a few concerts, as well as perform with locally based artists like Chillum, Bamboo Crew, and Red Degree, as well as international act Ossie Dellimore, and opened up for veteran DJ Sister Nancy. Mystik also added to his experiences, by joining the Empire Sound family, once again joining forces with DJ Loriel. Forward today, Ryan Mystik is one third of the Trinity of voices for the mighty ISOULJAHS band, as well as a member of the tuff RAS YOUTH INTERNATIONAL krew, and recently linked up with heavy Rootz band The IONZ. Two of the songs featured are works recorded for IONZ frontman RASTABOT and his RAS FORTRESS label. Also, not to leave his roots, Mystik itinues the sound system vibes with Rise Again Sound, conscious Reggae sound system, selecting at various venues around O'ahu. But not one to forget, Mystik is truly thankful to all bredren and sisteren who ever give him an opportunity. This is just the beginning of JAH journey...RASTAFARI!
