One of The Past

What’s up? Welcome to my Myspace page. It’s not a really complex thing, but I kind like it that way. A few random things about myself: I like to work on building RPGs, regardless of platform or program. Building stories and letting others experience them is a fond hobby of mine. I also like to write stories, usually related to what RPG I’m working on. I used to play a lot of games, though in recent times I’ve given up on most games. (Either too demanding of machines or just too troublesome with a bad connection.) Most of my time is now spent either asleep or outside doing laps in my neighborhood. (Although, right now it seems pollen has tried its best to stop me from being out there.) Got an old German Shepard as a pet, her name is Sasha. I’ll be uploading a few images of her sometime when I can steal the digital camera and kick my sister off her computer long enough to upload them.There had been a lot of major changes in my life since I “woke up”. At one point I liked almost all music, now that range is decreasing. I no longer am a WarCraft junkie, nor do I care for that game or its universe, don’t quite play games anymore since my comp went dead. At one point I saw myself as a knight – now I just see myself as a man trying to live. *Grins* At one point I wanted to die for a good cause, a clichéd death on a battle field. My current dream is to live for a good cause; putting the rest of my living life towards that, though currently I’ve found no cause worthy of that effort.I had always spoken out against organized religion. Now – I truly feel that to each is own. People (my self included) need something to believe in when all other things seem to fail. That faith fills them with a sort of spiritual strength, I would suppose, giving them the power they need to continue their life through whatever hardship. This isn’t me coming out and saying I’m some sort of Christian or Catholic now, but I do not disrespect any religion now. But those people have courage to put their life in the hands of something else other than their own. That’s pretty cool in my book.For the longest time I hated my brother. I wanted him to die for what I felt he owed, for what wrongs he had did. It has taken an extraordinary effort on my part but I think I’ve managed to let go of that bullshit feeling, giving me a peace of mind that forgiveness can bring.I can only hope that this change in my mind can allow me to become a better man. Though I’m still aggressive, and I feel that a swift boot to the ass of your enemies can solve most any problem, I’m trying to find a more peaceful solution to my problems than the violence most people have seen from me. Well, I’ve gotta leave some information to the rest of the boxes on the page. Enough said.
