About Me

We are tinderbox. We play for beauty and we play for joy. Our only credo is a promise to ourselves and each other to make each piece as memorable and effective as possible – there are no other rules. No fibreglass fringes or borrowed tattoos. No 24-syllable band name or stolen tunes. We are a real band with real music. New music. Music to love by, die by, drive by and smile that inward smile by. The score to the film you wish you’d seen but couldn’t find. The green light in the night. We have been playing together for years now and are very good. So enjoy. We’ll see you on the other side.Keep passing the open windows,x Tinderbox.FEEL FREE TO DOWNLOAD THE SAMPLES. WE'RE NOT MAKING ANY MONEY ANYWAY :-)Or if you'd like to buy the album or just find out more about us, enter the BACKSTAGE AREA .You can also message or add band members individually if you are interested. Maybe ask us about what type of 9 volt batteries we use or why on earth Sam would choose to buy silver bass? We are the first four friends (and one sworn enemy) shown below.
