Sounds Like: Too Fast For Frank- "Three Years Running" EP plays like a punk rock enema that's drilling your sphincter with a sonic wall of phlegm-soaked distorto-thrash. 2F4F is a gas-huffing van that drunkenly veers past such comparable influences as H20, Bouncing Souls, Pennywise and Agnostic Front and kareens headfirst into an original sound that's tight, abrasive and unapologetic. Simultaneously hardcore and melodic, Three Year Running's opening tracks, '2013' and 'In The Back', make you wince, grimace, and grind your teeth like Kirstie Alley trying to squeeze into a size two skirt. By the time you reach the closing tracks, 'Beauty' and 'Coyam', you're grabbing your ankles and taking it with a smile, like Jenna Jameson if she were a riot grrrl. Too Fast For Frank is easily one of the best punk bands to come out of the Fargo scene in the last ten years. -Scotch (Rock 102/Radio Personality/artist)
