About Me
"Digital Soul"[Dragomir Taskov, 22] is one of the leading Bulgarian computer music producers and DJs. Born in Sofia he started his musical history at the age of 6 as a young piano and (later on) violoncello performer, he was
been involved in lots of Young-Talent Festivals and concerts throughout Bulgaria and Europe.
At the age of 16, his creativity and good ear for music led him to the world of electronic music. Before settling down with the Drum and Bass in 1998,he followed experimenting and mixing with different musical genres like - jazz, idm,breakbeat, lounge, funk, chill out etc... Studying sound engineering and the passion for manipulating the sound played a crucial role in Digital Soul..s conceptive ideas.
Uniting with his colleague,producer and Dj Pavel Benov ("Kigami") in 2004 under the project ["K.iD.S"],Digital Soul has been involved in lots of local and international DnB and non DnB projects and performances,which helped him develop a distinct sounding and spreading his popularity among the Bulgarian and world wide scene. Recently integrated with Ogonek&Cooh ["OiC"] as a leading Bulgarian drum&bass producers crew under the name "Skrotumix".
As a DJ duo, Digital Soul & Kigami ["K.iD.S."] have number of supports and participations with top DJs and musicians from the main Bulgarian drum'n'bass crew "H.M.S.U."["Heavy Musick and Sounds United"]- Cooh [BG/H.M.S.U.],Ogonek [BG/H.M.S.U.],Mocks [BG/H.M.S.U.], Konspirator [BG/H.M.S.U.],Targy [BG/H.M.S.U.],Acidtrip [BG/H.M.S.U.],Drumrollerz [BG],Raiden [UK],Noisia [NL],Gridlok [USA],Psychofreud [NOR],Evol Intent [USA],Current Value [GER],Dieselboy [USA],Bong Ra [USA],Aaron Spectre [USA],Gvozd [RUS],DarkEast [RO],AlienPimp [RO],Proton Kid [RO],Break [UK],Sayko [CZ],Dropdread [RO],Fanu [FIN],Skiller [BG] and many more...
