camping, outdoor bars/restaurants w/friends, going up north (usually w/my dad to relax, fish and patron the fine northern liquor establishments), boating, amusement/water parks, fairs/carnivals, traveling. just enjoy being with friends/fam. i'm a big dog lover, but don't really like cats unless they're mellow, lazy, fat or super-furry. then they're pretty cute.
love everything (minus country--but can tolerate some from the early 90s): pop, rap, metal, rock, classic, jazz, opera. fave artists vary--dmb, louis armstrong, eminem, metallica, violent femmes, elton john, tom petty, fleetwood mac, soul hooligans, c. aguilera, missy e., biggie, dre, pac... LOVE soundtracks from 'the last kiss' and 'garden state'. one of the best songs ever--'bad habit' by offspring (i can relate).
lil miss sunshine, tommy boy, old school, american pie, when harry met sally, breakfast club, 16 candles, pretty in pink, goonies, the great outdoors, uncle buck, adventures in babysitting, better off dead, wizard of oz, a christmas story, fast times at ridgemont high, national lampoon's vacation and christmas vacation, exorcist, as good as it gets, shawshank redemption, gone with the wind, easy rider, the big lebowski, grease, seven, clueless, 50 first dates...
when i get a chance to watch, i love the Bravo channel (ie Project Runway/Top Chef), dog whisperer (adore cesar millan), ali g. show, nat'l geographic/discovery/history channels. oh, and i admit it--the food network sometimes (go iron chef!) My all-time faves are Roseanne and The Cosby Show, esp. the early years. and christmas classics are always great: rudolph, the grinch, frosty, scrooged (w/bill murray)...
don't really have any favorites...not a big book reader. wish i was though.
my mom would top the list.
