I listen to everything: pop,rap/hiphop/r&b,country, oldies, classical, etc. and I absolutely LOVE Rascal Flatts!!!
Any and all Disney movies, Knocked Up, Super Bad, Friday, Dazed and Confused, How High, The Sweetest Thing (unrated) All 3 American Pie movies, A Walk to Remember, Sweet Home Alabama, any Jim Carey movie (shumalumaluma!!!), the Notebook, Napolean Dynamite, The Chronicles of Narnia, Office Space, Grease, Dirty Dancing, 40 Year Old Virgin, all of the Harry Potter movies. There's probably more but I can't remember them all right now. Oh and I rarely watch scary movies and that's only in the daytime!
I am obsessed with LOST! Other than that there's not many shows I watch regularly. I'll occasionally watch Southpark, CSI, Grey's Anatomy, Law and Order SVU, American Idol, and reruns of King of Queens, Dawson's Creek, Friends and Will and Grace.
All Nicholas Sparks books, The Lovely Bones, Skinny Dip, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series, Me and Emma (so good!) The Mermaid Chair, The Secret Life of Bees, Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg and drama/romance type books.
