About Me

I'm a pretty easy going person, I wouldn't say I'm the person who goes out and finds new things to try, but I am totally open to pretty much anything and everything. I like to make plans to go out, but I'm also very spontaneous. I like people who are free enough to be able to go, "Hey let's go run through the sprinklers at the park!" at 3 am. I can be completely random sometimes, but I think that's what makes me fun!
I'm sorry if this sounds bitchy, but stupid people are my pet peeve. Now, how do I define stupid, you ask? Well, for one, people who don't know that you're supposed to capitalize and punctuate, or people who make no attempt whatsoever to use proper grammar. I mean my god, spell check people? I have to wonder if they're lazy, or just plain stupid. Either or, I don't like it. Also, people that do things without thinking... the kind of thing that makes you turn around and go, "What the f*ck were you thinking??" They probably weren't. Or people who SAY stupid things.. the kind of thing that makes your brain just STOP, and then go, "... Did they really just say that?" And lastly, people who can't carry a conversation for a decent amount of time on some intellectual level.
Something I value above all else is honesty. I believe in being true to yourself, and to other people at all costs. The truth always hurts, but it hurts a lot more when you have to find it out yourself because someone didn't have the courage to tell you themselves.
I'd like people to keep in mind, there's a difference between fact and opinion, and your opinion is not always a truth..
I have to admit my major vice is eating out. I enjoy cooking once in a while, but let's face it, I'm lazy. I'm also a picky eater, in a manner of speaking. Thusly I usually like to eat at places that have lots of options, as opposed to a strictly Mexican or Chinese place for example.
Some of my favorite places to eat are, Applebee's, Famous Dave's, California Pizza Kitchen, Native New Yorker, The Cheesecake Factory, Village Inn, and Sweet Tomatoes. As far as fast food goes, I like the usual, McDonald's, Wendy's, Sonic, Subway, Taco Bell, and Arby's.
As previously stated though, I'm willing to try pretty much anything.
Top 3 Things I Could Never Do Without:
3. Cell Phone
2. Internet
1. Chapstick, SERIOUSLY
It's a tragedy, yes, I know.
I spend a lot of my time thinking, admittedly sometimes dwelling upon where I went wrong. A little over a year ago I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, and all of a sudden, a lot of the "drama" and depression in my past all made a little more sense. I think a lot about life and love, the mistakes we make, and the choices that change our lives. Also, vast quantities of time are spent trying to learn and figure out how I can be a stronger, happier me.
Other things that I tend to do in my spare time include doing research, generally about BPD and DBT. I also go to a group therapy session once a week, and to a CoDA support group every week also. (If you don't know, or want to know, ask.)
I also like chatting online, photo editing, graphics art, creating textures for 3D designs.
I like to take pictures, pretty much of anything and everything. I'm also interested in fashion photography, as well as Gothic and fetish, as in taking the pictures, not looking at them.. well.. perhaps both.
On the outside world, I like to go swimming, or go to the lake and have a BBQ or picnic. I've only been boating once, but I loved it! I also love going to South Mountain, though I don't get to do it as often as I like, and though I'm terrified of heights, I do enjoy climbing around like a monkey! It's cheesy, but I love going for walks in the park in the middle of the night, and I like to play on the swings! The BEST outside activity of all time is playing in the rain with someone you love in the middle of the night!
I like to go out to bars or clubs, and I love to dance, though I can be a little timid at first. I also like to go to karaoke, though I very frequently do more listening than singing. Drinking is also fun, as long as you can stand up straight without puking!
I listen to many kinds of music, but my favorite is country, and it's what I listen to most of the time. If you hate country, walk away now. I guess it's because I listen to it and think that's how life should really be.
I don't watch a lot of TV, but I LOVE to watch movies, pretty much any kind. I'm a Blockbuster junkie. I watch movies alone sometimes, but I'd much rather snuggle up and watch them at home with someone else.
I can also be caught playing a video game occasionally, but that's something else that is more entertaining for two, and called me childish, but I adore board and card games! I totally dig GameWorks, and even though I haven't been in a really long time, I bet I could still kick your ass at air hockey!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Someone who shares at least one common interest. A person who is open-minded, up-front and honest; who will tell it like it no matter how it feels. Someone who's grown up, but still knows how to have fun. I'm a very physical person, I like to give hugs, or a little scratch on the head, so if you don't like people invading your personal space, don't bring your personal space near me! In a relationship, I like to hold hands in public, and hug and kiss and cuddle all the time. Again, if you're not a touchy feely person.. well.. I'm not the person for you! There are times it's nice to just lay in bed and kiss and cuddle and make love all day long until the sun goes down again. I'm definitely a hopeless romantic, sometimes to my own detriment. My perfect mate is a person who can be cute, sweet, witty, sarcastic, crazy, lovable and playful all at the same time.

My Blog

A long revelation

After all of last weeks happenings, I was left with a feeling that I cared way more for Justin than he does me, but I have now realized that's perhaps not the best wording or the least selfish way of ...
