Five Star Fix
Coming out of West Virginia, Five Star Fix is one of the best bands, with four of the best musicians, who bring you the best music around!
Formed in 2002 when William Dixon (19), and song writing partner "Woody" Wood, (16) wanted to start a band so they could perform their songs live. They met at that time, a drummer, Chris Breckenridge (19), at a jam session at William's recording studio.
Still, they needed a Bass Guitarist until they met John Parsons (16), at a local music store. Now only one thing was needed, a name. William suggested "Five Star", meaning the best. (Referring to the quality of the band's music). At the same time, Chris suggested "Fix" meaning to cure and repair. They agreed to put their ideas together, and Five Star Fix was born! Soon to follow were many live shows and recording sessions.
After creating a name for their selves, and a fan base in their home state, in December '03, the band launched www.FIVESTARFIX.com ,( A branch of William Dixon's company Red Sound Productions & Promotions).
Now with all the pieces fitting together: William (Vocals/ Programming), ''Woody" (Lead Guitar), John (Bass Guitar), and Chris (Drums/ Acoustic Guitar). With their wide variety of musical influences and "uncliche'" sound of rock, they are unlike anything the music industry has ever heard!
Now Five Star Fix is working on taking over the world one step at a time!
