Influences: More so inspirations: Tracy Chapman, Xavier Rudd, Ani Difranco, Gillian Welch, Chris Smither, John Prine, Leif James, local musicians and I could keep going on and on. Influences are any sounds that catch my ear; from the sound of someone tapping their feet to the brustling noise of their pants as they walk. I love watching musicians perform and absorbing the way they interact with the crowd. When it comes to music...I am influenced by just about everything and anything my eyes & ears can absorb. There is always something or someone that inspires the lyrics/feeling/soul of my songs. !
