...not to be confused with the shoe polish of the same name, Shinolah (with an extra "h") is a rock 'n roll variety band from Houston, Texas that has but one purpose: to entertain you.
Shinolah was formed in late 2005 as a vehicle for some veterans of the Houston music scene to start a fresh, new approach to something they love doing.
Armed with a rejuvenated enthusiasm and outlook on taking the band to a new level musically and professionally, Shinolah is already one of the most popular cover acts in Houston and the band is constantly trying to reinvent themselves and their set list in order to stay in demand. They perform approximately 20 shows per month at some of the best venues in Houston and regionally in Texas.
When you combine their passion for music and desire to perform, you can't help but walk away from a Shinolah gig with a song in your head and a smile on your face.
