I'm just a plain and simple girl with high hopes and dreams. I've only done a few things right. One was my son. The other my daughter. I absolutley love: the round rolling foothills whether they are springtime green velvet or straw yellow and dry from the summer, rough hands, a deep raspy voice, a hot cup of coffee in my tia's kitchen, an asada taco with an icy horchata, just lying around the house with a good book, a warm bed with sheets that smell like downy, the smell of freshly cut grass, walking on the beach and letting the waves splash on my legs, a bag of sunflower seeds at softball tournaments, my car with armoralled tires and a fresh wax job, spending time with my kids, a last minute decision to run to San Francisco for dinner, listening to old school music really loud and dancing like a fool in my slippers, old black and white pictures, collecting small trinkets, making my house all cozy with candles and a fire, driving my dad's big truck while he's taking a nap, talking on the phone to my sisters about everyday stuff, pink toenails and flipflops, the warmth of the sun, the smell of pipe tobacco, broad brown shoulders in a wife beater, owww!, a big moustache, a good looking man on a Harley, in an old car, or in a BIG truck, OWWWW!
