About Me

It is the summer of Christopher Robins last year before leaving school. He gathers with his friends Eeyore, Piglet, Pooh, Owl, Tigger, Roo (and others) under the Oak Tree and they eat a feast of roast chestnuts, honey ale, baked plum pies and cool fresh apples. After eating they dance under the trees canopy, stumbling over ancient roots but skipping on, swept away in the moment. When they do fall over they look up through the branches at the night sky and the stars look down on them. As dawn breaks and they open their weary eyes they hear the distant rumble of trucks and the screeching of breaks. Christopher Robin is the only person up and he stands there, smiling at them. He gives them a final wave, turns his back on them and leaves. Years later they reunite under the Oak Tree and reflect on what happened in the years that followed Christopher Robin leaving. Their stories will be told in a growing collection of songs, prose and poetry here on myspace.
