im at work..its about 45-47 degrees celsius outside, glad im indoors where there is a/c...BUT we have been getting memos all day..first one; close all the blinds...ok, doable, keeps it cooler in here ...

came home to fresh cut flowers; received a couple of hallmark cards saying "miss you" from friends; the dog was happy to see me; nice fresh linens for a bed that hasn...

last nite, went out to the gaslamp district, downtown SD...sidewalk cafes, open air restos, clubs, so much variety; along with galleries and sho...

so im leaving for SD in the am; going solo for the drive, picked up a couple of cds from Tower Records so it'll be a nice chill ride..i'll be kicking it with my girl B the next 4 1/2 days, a whole lot...
