My name is Romeo. I was adopted from the Bide-A-Wee shelter on April 2, 2006, when I was already 1 1/2 years old! I was born in the shelter, and nobody adopted me before then because I was very, very shy and I wouldn't let anyone get near me.
When my new Mom came in to look for a kitten, there were no kittens available...just adult cats. She saw me and knew right away that I was the one she wanted to take home with her.
I gave my new family a really hard time at first..running and hiding and not speaking to them. Boy, how things have changed. I love them, they love me, we're as happy as can be! Hehe.
