If you sell more than 5,000 units you contact me to either buy exclusive rights or to rent/lease it again for another 5000 units. You will receive a single mix down of the leased Instrumental together with a contract giving you non-exclusive rights to the instrumental. It must state "Produced by Young Shaq for Misguided Production" in the credits of your release. Young Shaq will still own the full rights to the beat. You will receive a single mix down of the leased Instrumental together with a contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental. It must state "Produced by Young Shaq for Misguided Productions" in the credits of your release. After 10,000 copies sold, Young Shaq will be entitled to Producer Royalties of 5% of records sold. After 100,000 copies sold, Young Shaq will be entitled to Producer Royalties of 7% of records sold. Young Shaq will still maintain the copyrights of the Instrumental but agrees to not selling rights for using the Instrumental to anyone else.
