Seven days without laughter makes one weak

About Me

Well I started life like most people. Small, poor, and naked. Since then I've grown, I got a job, and I bought a smock. Things are lookin' good! In high school I was a quiet guy. Then I spent the better part of a decade in college, that was life changing. I'm married, no kids yet, and I've been working as a "Motoring Advisor" for a MINI Cooper dealership in Philadelphia since March of 2002. What's a Motoring Advisor? The short of it is that I sell MINI's. It's a good time. I've run a few marathons in the past couple of years, and I plan to do more. Have fun in life... thats what it's all about!

My Interests

Family, Friends, Cars, skiing, music, running, comedy, beer, fun stuff

I'd like to meet:

Bill Watterson, Jon Stewart, Former president Clinton, Dean Karnazes, Cal Ripken Jr.

Music:

Pearl Jam, Weezer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, eighteenth hour (www.eighteenthhour.com) --- shameless plug, Green Day, Audioslave, STP, Tom Pettey, Presidents, W.A.S.P. (actually I don't know any of their music, but I did see them in concert, it was awesome!), Dave Matthews Band, Nirvana, Queen, David Bowe, moe... pretty much anything actually.

Movies:

Tommy Boy (sad I put this first isn't it?), Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Pulp Fiction, Boondock Saints, Waiting-(A MUST SEE IF YOU HAVE EVER WORKED IN A RESTAURANT), South Park the Movie, Team America - World Police, I like the funny stuff. I also like the stuff that makes you think. I liked Fareinheit 9/11, Usual suspects, and the like.

Television:

Lost is a good time, very intricate, makes you feel like a thinker when you watch it.I also really like "House" on Fox. It's about this overly sarcastic smartass doctor who is always right. It's quite a hoot.I've been known to get stuck watching "I love the 80's/I love the 90's" on VH1, they have some funny folke on that show! The Daily Show on Comey Central is where I get most of my political news. Maybe thats why I have such a sarcastic view of things, Jon Stewart is an absolute genius. He's one of those guys that is really smart, and has a great sense of humor, and he can always roll with the punches.South Park has a brilliant sense about it, I love the way the address current events. Since it's all cartoon characters they get away with things that couldn't be done otherwise.Actually Comedy Central is where I get most of my news, as sad as that may sound. I'm either working, or on my way home from work when the regular news is on, so I don't get to hear what the top stories are. I try to catch the morning news once in a while just to make sure I'm on top of things.

Books:

Something Under the Bed is Drooling by Bill Watterson, Ultramarathon Man by Dean Karnazes

Heroes:

My Parents, and people who make a difference!

foot note

Went to the foot doctor last night for a follow up visit. He said my one big toenail will fall off soon, the other one will just look ugly for a while, but it shouldn't fall off. I think I'll start ru...
