Some of us special operations professionals teach weekend courses on a sandy beach in San Diego: Obstacle courses, running, swimming, shooting, SCUBA, rock climbing, rappelling, belay, and rubber rafting in the surf! It's hard and it pushes you to your limits, but its fun! You learn a ton of tactics and Navy SEAL inside stuff. Proceeds from the courses go to the kids of my Navy SEAL buddy, Scott Helvenston, who was killed in Fallujah, Iraq last year. In addition to being a two-time gold medal winner, Scott was the man who got Demi Moore into that incredible shape for the film "G.I.Jane". . . not a bad shape!!
