Lawrence Katz

Lawrence Katz has been......wait a second, I am Lawrence Katz and there's no way I can talk about myself in third person. Even if it is in the "shameless self promotion" part of the Myspace page. So instead of pretending someone else is praising me and all of my accomplishments, I'll do it myself. I'm a guitar player/singer/songwriter/producer and everything else you have to do to be a musician in L.A. I've spent the last portion of my life on tour with bands. The majority of that time was playing guitar in the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. It was an amazing experience to play all over the world in venues ranging from small clubs to megadomes while living out my childhood rock and roll fantasies. Since being off the road I have been in L.A. playing, producing and recording on some great projects with some really incredible musicians, some known and others who should be. I also have my own band called Resistant. You can check out the tunes here or go to our Myspace page(see top 8). It's a new band and we are now in the process of making our first record. So as a loyal follower of this new religion called myspace, I vow to log in at least 20 times an hour to check in on other peoples agendas and make regular post's about my own.
