He was born in February 1987 (Mexico City) He started his musical career when he was 12 years old, he got in touchwith music by the first time learning how to play the piano, then the trance genre called his attention convertingit in his favorite genre.
When He was 16 years old, He started to study electronic musical production with a wonderful success, then hestarted to produce his own trance music improving his music by feelings and techniques.
Talking about his producer's side, his work has been taking him into promotional CD's like Mas Label Mexico and his tracks recieving support from DJ's like John Askew, Kuffdam & Plant, Sean Tyas, Tom Colontonio, Digital nature and producers like Vascotia.
After the track "Asylum" was signed by the record label "Amon Vision", Throughout "Monster Tunes" has confirmed Cesar Lugo by signing "Atiitude" as one of the best tracks getting supported by the intenational djs mentioned before.
